Willow Shade Nursery, founded in 2018 by Jessica and Joshua, started as a family- and veteran-owned landscaping and property maintenance business. With over 20 years of experience in horticulture, they expanded in 2023 to include a plant nursery, offering a wide selection of plants and flowers for both retail and wholesale customers. Known for expert advice and personalized service, Willow Shade Nursery is developing a greenhouse and a “pick-your-own garden” experience. They also provide landscaping, mowing, property maintenance, driveway seal-coating, and mulching. Their diverse product range includes perennials, annuals, shrubs, trees, houseplants, garden décor, seasonal items, firewood, straw, pumpkins, and Christmas trees. Our Story

Willow Shade Nursery, located in Culpeper, Virginia, is a family- and veteran-owned business offering a wide range of landscaping services and nursery products to the local community. Founded in 2018 by Jessica and Joshua, the business originally began as a landscaping and property maintenance company. With over 20 years of combined experience in horticulture, landscaping, and plant care, the couple decided to expand their services in 2023 by opening a full-service plant nursery. Their goal was to provide the same quality plants they had been maintaining for years directly to their customers, both as a wholesaler and retailer.

The nursery has quickly become a trusted destination for garden enthusiasts, homeowners, and property managers alike. Willow Shade Nursery offers a wide selection of plants including annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, houseplants, and hanging baskets. Customers can also find a variety of garden and outdoor décor, seasonal decorations, garden flags, soil amendments, mulch, straw, seeds, and even Christmas trees. Come join us for the Dog Days of Summer! You and Your pup are invited!! Saturday, August 23rd from 11:00am-2:00pm. ALL plants on SALE and fun in the sun!!
Enjoy Doggie Splash pad, giveaways and homemade dog treats. Lil' Bug Photography will be on site for you so take advantage and grab photo ops with your furry friend.

Kona Ice and The Sippin Shack will be serving sweet treats and fresh squeezed lemonade for purchase. The Culpeper Animal Shelter will be bringing their fur friends that need loving homes. (All pups must be leashed during this event.)
